Group orders
Group orders are purchases of 8 or more tickets.
Group orders can be sent by email to vstupenky@pkf.cz not less than 3 weeks before the date of the concert. Written orders are binding. The maximum period for reserving seats before sending a binding order is one month. Afterwards the tickets are again put on sale.
Tickets can be purchased through a bank transfer with a 14-day advance invoice payment or in person at the PKF – Prague Philharmonia ticket office. After issuing the invoice, the number and price category of the tickets and the date of the concert cannot be changed. If the invoice is not paid within the allotted time, the ticket reservation is automatically cancelled. If the tickets are to be delivered by registered mail, a fee of 80 CZK is added to the ticket price for postage and handling.
Orders are settled on the date of receipt and the current availability of seating. The PKF – Prague Philharmonia reserves the right to limit the number of tickets for group orders.
Lost tickets will not be replaced. Tickets cannot be returned or changed.
The PKF – Prague Philharmonia is not responsible for tickets bought outside official sales points. Any speculative sale of tickets to third persons or organizations is against the business terms and is forbidden.
